Starting a club
Starts the club off
Setting up a club
Everything in ClubHub hangs off one chain: a season to play in, a team to play as, the entry that joins the two, then its players and the people who follow them. Walk it once, in order, and a child ends up on a team with a family who can sign in.
The development loop
Coaches a team
Coach
You are appointed to a team season. You see that team's players and nothing outside it, and you manage its players.
Has their own login
Player
This is your page. You see yourself and only yourself: what you are great at, what to work on, and your team's sessions and matches.
Follows a child
Parent and guardian
You follow your own child. You are not a member of the club — you see your child's development, their team's sessions and matches, and you tell the coach how it went.
Runs the football
Director
You run the football. Seasons, teams, players, the development framework, assessments, training and matches across the whole club — not members, sponsors or money.
Runs the club
Owner and admin
You run the club's office. Everything a director can do with the football, plus members, money and the club itself. The owner alone can delete the club, hand it to someone else and export a child's data.
