Team training
- Team training — the team's session on the pitch with your coach. It sits under Sessions, so you always know what is next.
Your bar reads Home · Games · Sessions · Progress · More. Games is your matches; Sessions is your team's training.
Getting in
- Your club sends an invitation to your email (or a parent's). Open the link and create your login on that address.
- Sign in and Accept. You land on your own home page.
Your home
- My focus — the one thing your coach chose for you to work on.
- I'm improving — what has gone up.
- Next up — the next thing on your calendar: Team training or a Match. Games and Sessions in the bar show the rest: what is coming and what you have just played or done.
How did it go?
- After team training or a match, your home asks How did training feel? — say what went well, what was tricky and what you want to improve, then Tell your coach. Your coach reads it. It is your side of the story.
Your progress
- Your superpowers — skills you are already strong in.
- Work on next — one thing at a time.
- Getting better — what went up since your last assessment. Levels are words and dots — Developing, Competent, Strong — not marks out of five.
- My story — every match and piece of coach feedback, newest first. Open it from Progress or under More.
What you cannot change
- Your profile and levels — your coach does those with you.
- Anyone else's page.
How hard did that feel?
After a session where you were on the register, your home asks how hard it felt, from 0 (nothing at all) to 10 (as hard as I can go). Answer for your body, not for how hard you tried. Your coaches read it; you can change it if you got it wrong.
