Guides · Runs the club

Owner and admin

You run the club's office. Everything a director can do with the football, plus members, money and the club itself. The owner alone can delete the club, hand it to someone else and export a child's data.

Where you work

  • The web is your desk: club setup, members, sponsors, supporters, tickets, the audit log.
  • The phone shows the same players and teams; use it on the touchline, not for admin.

First week

  1. Sign in and open your club from Home.
  2. Seasons — create the current season under the club (one is marked current).
  3. Teams — add each team, then enter it into the season. A team season is what staff are appointed to and players rostered on.
  4. Players — add players; each is registered with the club for the season as you create them.
  5. Members — invite staff by email in a role: admin, director or staff. They accept on the invited address after confirming it.
  6. Team page → Staff — appoint a member as head coach, coach, assistant or team manager. Only members can be appointed.
  7. Security — set up an authenticator app. In production your role does not work without one.

Bringing families in

  • On a player's page, the Family card: invite a guardian by email (mother, father, carer…). They accept on that address and then follow only that child.
  • Give the player a login: invite the player's own email. Nothing is linked until they accept.
  • End access for a guardian at any time; the record of who had access stays.

Sponsors, supporters and tickets

  • Sponsors — add a sponsor and optionally invite its first representative. Representatives see counts about the club, never a player.
  • Supporters — anyone can follow the club; you see who did.
  • Tickets — create a product (name, price, seats), then issue a ticket to a supporter's account. The owner names who it admits.

Keeping the club safe

  • Removing a member ends every team appointment they had, at once.
  • Transferring ownership, removing an admin and linking an account ask for a fresh sign-in (within 15 minutes).
  • The audit log records every sensitive change: who, what, when.
  • A record outside anyone's reach answers "not found" — the app never confirms that other clubs' data exists.
